List a backroom and manage it entirely over WhatsApp — no app, no browser. Every command, in order.

You can list a backroom and run it day to day without opening the app or a browser. WhatsApp is a first-class surface for backrooms, not a shortcut into the website.
Owner side only. Listing and managing your own backrooms works over WhatsApp. Searching for a backroom to rent does not — seekers use the website or the app. If you are looking for a room rather than renting one out, see Find a backroom to rent.
Listing a backroom
Message the Liivra WhatsApp number and reply backroom, or pick 🛏️ List a backroom from the menu. These all start the same flow:

Then five short steps:

| 6 | Photo | One clear photo of the actual room. JPEG or PNG, up to 5 MB. |
The photo is the last step and it is not optional — the room is saved and submitted for review once it arrives.
Listing a backroom this way is free.
Stopping partway
Reply cancel at any point. Your draft stays private, and sending backroom again picks it back up. The flow also times out after an hour of silence.
Managing your rooms
Reply my rooms — or manage my rooms, room status, or the 🏠 My rooms menu item — to get your rooms back, ten at a time.
From there:

Anything that changes money asks you to confirm first: reply 1, yes or confirm to go ahead, 2, no or cancel to back out.
Why confirming availability matters
Rooms turn over quickly, so a listing that has not been confirmed recently stops showing as available. One word — available — keeps it live. It is the single highest-value thing you can do from your phone.
It stays in sync
WhatsApp and the website are the same rooms. Confirming availability over WhatsApp updates My Rooms on the web, and vice versa. Use whichever you have open.
