Yes. Searching, touring, saving, comparing, and applying for properties is free for tenants and buyers. We charge Landlords, Sellers, and Agents for publishing Listings and for value-added services like 3D captures or AI Valuations. See the Pricing page for current plans.

South African card payments (Visa, Mastercard), instant EFT, and pay-by-bank via Paystack, Ozow and Stitch Pay for subscriptions. Rental and deposit payments route through Liivra Pay escrow, held in a registered trust account (powered by TradeSafe) under the Rental Housing Act. All prices are in ZAR and include 15% VAT.

Yes. Agent Solo, Agent Team, and Agency subscriptions are month-to-month with no lock-in — cancel any time from your dashboard. You stay active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges apply. No exit fee or minimum term. Pro-rata refunds are not standard, but we review case-by-case via the complaints process.

Liivra Pay is Liivra's escrow layer, powered by TradeSafe. Your deposit and rental payments are held in a registered trust account (not the landlord's pocket) until both parties confirm the deal. Funds release automatically on lease countersign (for deposits) and monthly on due date (for rent), with full FIC Act audit trails on every movement.

Yes. Agent plans require a current Fidelity Fund Certificate from the Estate Agency Affairs Board (now the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority, PPRA). We verify the FFC at onboarding and revalidate annually. Listings from agents without a valid FFC are delisted.

Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in, so you can start on any tier and cancel anytime from your dashboard. If we already list properties you market, claim them free — you get three months on us before any subscription applies. See the Pricing page for current figures.

Your Premium listing is automatically deactivated after 180 days. You can relist at any time for another R 3 499. If you relist within 30 days, your photos, description, and enquiry history are saved — just confirm and publish.
