Harmony cottage is a newly built, fully furnished garden cottage, close to city, with secure off street parking, behind remote control gates. The cottage is light and bright and has its own entrance and outside tiled stoop, and features a private sole use garden with a beautiful old tree with flower beds. You enter through double doors into a lounge/kitchen area. The lounge is furnished with a couch, chair, side table, lamps and carpet. There is a tv on an arm with remote. The kitchen is equipped with a butchers block for food preparation, and wooden counter tops and stools to enjoy the view into the garden. It has a two plate stove with oven, fridge, mocrowave, kettle and toaster. It is also equipped with crockery and cutlery. Off the lounge/kitchen area are two sliding doors one that leads into a bathroom with double basin, cupboard and a large walk in shower and toilet. The other is a glass cottage pane door which opens into the light filled bedroom which is carpeted, and has a queen size bed and sealy posturepeadic mattress, with two bedside tables and a dressing table. There are buildt in cupboards which offer an abundance of packing and hanging space. You are required to supply all your own bedding, mattress protector, fitted sheets, duvet, duvet cover, blankets, throws, towels, bath mats and drying, wiping and cleaning cloths. The accommodation is ideally suited for working professionals, for either a single occupant or a couple. I am not able to accommodate children or to assist those with pets. There is a one and a half month deposit required. There is fibre WIFI available if required, at a cost. Electricity is pay as you go for lights and plugs only, there is an additional cost for the hot water which is on a shared meter. The cottage is serviced every second week at a small additional fee. There is a washing machine, cold water only, available for your use at an additional cost. There is very good security on the property with spikes, electric fencing, burglar bars, security beams and alarm, as well as good lighting. Access is via remote control gates. In addition I pay towards the area security. There is off street parking for one vehicle or two depending on the tenancy. I maintain the garden. The property is close to all major freeways, shops, restaurants, Observatory, town and the airport. There is no load shedding.
