83.3 ha Land available in Port St Johns

Natural Forest Agricultural Land. Located on the banks of the Umzimbvuvu River, stretching 83 hectares inland, Port St Johns.There is great potential for this land to be Private Floral Nature reserve, tree top canopy development (application process need to be done), Nature Retreat or the ability to preserve the natural flora habitat of the area.The Department of Forestries have surveyed the land and classified it as natural forest. The report is being compiled. It is possible to apply for a conversion of classification, a process dealt with the PSJ Municipality, which takes a minimum of three months and cost.The farm is located in-between two established farms, in the rural area of Port St Johns. Access is via the R61, from Lusikisiki and eventually from the Port St Johns bridge, opposite the Agate Terrace/ Ferry Point road.The road/access R61 to the land is acceptable and with the construction of another road in development.The land has not been developed therefore access inland of the land is not easily accessible.There is possible potential for sub division, and this is being explored though the Department of Land and Agriculture and the PSJ Municipality.
