The study nook is just off the living room. Sliding doors divide the outside braai area from the dining room. To the right of the dining room is the kitchen, with electric stove and the necessary appliances. Walk passed the kitchen to the bedroom wing, with three bedrooms in a row. The shared bathroom is to the far left and the master bedroom with en suite bathroom is in the far right corner. A door leads to the small backyard with a small room in the left corner - a cosy teen pad. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet at the back of the house which services this room. Electricity is pre-paid. The rental includes the cost of wifi, twice-monthly garden services, municipal services and water usage. Up to two medium size dogs may be permitted at owner discretion and an extra deep clean deposit. Note that most of the house is carpeted and therefore not suitable for people with severe allergies.
