With a stem diameter of -40cm the trees age is around 160 years, barely a teenager. The owner scattered their much loved Staffies ashes at the trees base so it holds a precious space in their hearts.Living next to a National Park gives you access to rugged landscapes, indigenous forests and incredible wildlife. Apart from the remarkable birdlife 1013s remoteness means encounters with Bushbuck, Blue Duiker, Caracal, Baboon Wilderness baboons are so much furrier than their Highveld cousins, Vervet monkey, beautiful bush pigs with their glorious silver manes, the elusive Cape Leopard and of course not forgetting the Puff Adder not a strong selling point but evidence that nature still thrives in the Wilderness.
