The garage roof section was repaired and sealed by Capital Roof during August 2025, they also repaired, sealed and painted the garage interior walls. A 10 year guarantee is mentioned on the invoice for work done. 3. The house needs to be painted. 4. The balconies needs new flashings/ sealant on the floor/wall joints to prevent damp. 5. The laminated floors and skirtings shows a lot of wear. The skirting in the lounge has evidence of ants/ termites. During August 2025 JT Solutions did pest control at the property. 6. Some Toilet cistern mechanisms and seals needs to be replaced. 7. The main bedroom Shower door needs to be replaced. 8. The laminated wrap on some of the kitchen cupboards have come loose. 9.
