Included in the rent is water, cleaning and uncapped fibre Wifi. Electricity is paid for on a pay-as-you-go metre. The house is also fully alarmed and has external security cameras. The property is looked after by our friendly property manager, handyman and housekeeper who have all been with us for years. We are not NSFAS accredited.
